Understanding how to embrace duality and take action

Embrace duality take action

Embrace duality, take action! In the same day, the sunset in the late afternoon ends the cycle of the sunrise that initiated in the morning. At nightfall, there is fusion of light and darkness, integrating us to this wholeness. Effortlessly, we go from one polarity to another. No action required, just our presence. If it happens in nature, so it does in human existence. In following the analogy with nature, this article intends to clarify how we can move through the duality and build a basis for life through action.

Interfacing with reality leads us to understand that we must live one day at a time.

What proves that is when we’ve got a project to finish. It must get through the initial stages to reach maturity. Having experience is a plus point. Irrespective of the know-how, we will have to navigate our way through the entire process. In some cases, it may be necessary to make alterations to it. The previous example makes clear that everything oscillates from one extreme to another. There is no other way better to embrace duality than by taking action.

Having this in mind, we should never look down on our inexperience. It is just a status that may take us from the powerless condition to the powerful one. What at first seems trivial may grow to such epic proportions. A newbie may be regarded as just someone unskilled, which may sound derogatory and shameful. In spite of that, it is a condition that all of us have to face so as to reach an advanced stage in a career or in any other area in life.

The first baby steps of our projects may look crude at first. However, strength comes with tenacity, flexibility and necessary adjustments.

Remaining resolute in our fields with information that supports us helps us awaken the lion in us. If we are babies learning to walk and we suddenly fall, we also learn how to properly rise. This theory also applies to body language. The way we walk and express ourselves through eye movements and gestures reveals where our level of confidence is, for instance, in public speaking. For not having rhetorical skills, we have fear of ridicule and of harsh criticism. As a result, shaking with fright pushes us back leading us to stutter and drag words.

Being in panic becomes our focus, not at peace with ourselves and with the performance the way it should. However, after many failed attempts together with commitment and learning, we understand that there is power in our minds. Not allowing desperation and shaking to kick in, we make use of breathing techniques, of tongue twisters, of vocal exercises and of other strategies with the aim of helping us overcome the fear and the disturbing voice within. Thus, we learn and discover that we can be anything, we can reach anywhere. Right on! Our navigation through these lessons changes the way we approach people, situations and the world around.

In order to embrace duality and take action, let’s be conscious! The route to success is also true in the reverse process.

Suppose that you are a well-known millionaire lecturer, with expertise in betting and in investment. At a certain stage of life, despite having all your experiences, your verbal and nonverbal communication signals, you lose all the money in a wrong financial investment or in one of your bettings. In the present case, your failure will guide you through the previous steps in order to reveal your great blunder. Once you find it, you will have an idea of how to adopt a new attitude. As a cornerstone of your methodology for victory, you will rest upon it to start over and reach the same level you were before. You might have to add or rearrange something to your demeanour or even remove an inconvenient part of it.

Now when it comes to how things unfold for us over the course of a day, it is interesting that sometimes they take a new twist and change our plans. Another lesson to learn that indirectly suggests that we should use masculine energy towards the affront and the insult that were thrown upon our dignity. As an observer, we understand that a delightful feeling that lasted for so long loses energy for a frustrating one that hits hard. Once more, another dichotomy that shows us life as it really is. In spite of that, we stick to the premise that tells us that a better and brighter day is right ahead.

So, we detach, letting ourselves fluctuate in the wave of change for our own good. We embrace duality and take action.

Things happen and each thing links to another, guiding us to embrace not only the good but also the evil.

Despite not being part of our plans, we deal with the facts as an opportunity to rebuild a much better version of us. And the gaps in our knowledge that once caused confusion cease to be the cause of self-sabotage. In this context, our interests and action go together with the law of rythym in order to make the law of correspondence work.

In sustaining the fire within with passion we literally  become our dream in everyday life. Not only do we move from exploration to innovation but also break the mind barrier. We incorporate confidence, eloquence and posture in a way never seen before. With focus on performance management and a series of adjustments we follow our increasing pace towards achievement. There is a lot of truth in the saying “water dropping day by day wears the hardest rock away”. Of course, by embracing duality and taking action we are capable of adapting the tools we have and of creating conditions for a feasible solution that will catapult us into the seats of power.
