Quite frankly, the dream world they present is nothing but pure fantasy.

Instead of putting you on solid ground, they move you miles away from the real world you belong to. What proves that is the audio-visual resources they use to hold your attention. They are full of colors and messages that have great impact on your mind. All these intended uses activate even more your interest in the modern day culture.

Going further into the analysis, they shoot subliminal messages to your brain which command your tastes and preferences. This way, they have you as another bait to fit their needs. So, with no control over your senses, you develop a deep desire to buy. That happens precisely because now what matters for you is keeping up with the joneses.

When it comes to self-image is much worse than that. It puts emphasis on the apology for the ideal body, which becomes an obsession.

No wonder you see doll-face women obfuscated by make-ups and plastic surgery. To top it all off, the beautiful fake asses and breasts on women, which are visually attractive, but are not real. These are typical examples of how the outer beauty has been overrated and not the inner one. Unfortunately, there are many people that feel secure with these foolish things. Take, for example, the use of anabolic substances by fitness freaks, who are obsessed with shaping their bodies. The result may appear incredible and even provoke jealousy on those who just see it and admire it. The truth of the matter is that all the big muscles and perfect curves are not always synonym of health. Proof of that is the negative reaction of steroids on the human body organs and metabolism, putting them at risk.

That being said, you had better think twice every time the idea of using chemicals comes to your mind.

The perfect engineering of your body created by God cannot take all the pressure because it’s not its true nature. And sooner or later you may suffer from the consequences of your decisions. Remind yourself that your body can be grateful if you perform physical activities. So, work out on a daily basis and invest in a healthy diet for your own good.

There is no denying that it’s much better to spend money on superfoods than on pills, supplements and steroids. These alternatives ways of performance and results powerfully increase the chances of undesired side effects and of the emergence of diseases. Even if you have a great admiration for a celebrity’s body, work your body just for yourself. In the clear light of day, your healthy mental and physical states are only for yourself.

Trying to show off on social media and comparing yourself with others is nonsensical.

It’s no use being a copycat, as it will definitely erode your confidence. It is self-improvement and mind clarity that will certainly take you to higher places. Or do you prefer to consult a specialist every now and then to renew a plastic surgery or avoid its rejection? In an extreme case, hospitalization can be the result of the excessive strength in your body cells due to the intake of anabolic substances.

With a new concept of self-love, your eyes will project from your state of mind a self-image that really matters for you. Therefore, no disorder will take over your mind and inflate it with pride, which means that you will be nurturing yourself with the sense of self-fulfillment and self-respect before anything else.
